CALVARY’S OBJECTIVES
There are 3 priorities that guide us in making decisions concerning all our ministries
WORSHIP: We seek to magnify God, both corporately and privately by exalting His Name through music, prayer and the Word.
EDIFICATION: We seek to help people move toward maturity in Christ through our basic Discipleship and Mentoring ministries, ongoing Teaching, Fellowship (encouraging a genuine atmosphere of (“caring for one another”) and Equipping to Serve.
EVANGELISM: We seek to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with the lost in our own community and surrounding areas. Furthermore, through our career missions program, we seek to take the message of the Gospel to people throughout the world.
Mission Statement

What We Believe
The Bible
We believe that the Bible is God's Word, that it is inspired by God, it is completely true, inerrant and accurate, and that it is our sole authority on all matters of faith and Godly living. II Timothy 3:16-17; 2 Peter 1:19-20
God the Father
We believe in God the Father, perfect in holiness, infinite in wisdom, measureless in power. We believe that He exists in a triunity of persons. We rejoice that He concerns Himself mercifully in the affairs of men, that He hears and answers prayer and that He saves from sin and death all who come to Him through Jesus Christ. Psalms 145:8-9; I Chronicles 29:11
God the Son
We believe in Jesus Christ, the eternal and only begotten Son of God, conceived of the Holy Spirit, of virgin birth, sinless in His life, making atonement for the sins of the world in His death. We believe in His bodily resurrection and visible return for His Church. Colossians 1:13-22
God the Holy spirit
We believe in God the Holy Spirit who came forth from God the Father to convince the world of sin, of righteousness and of judgment, and to regenerate, sanctify and comfort those who believe in Jesus Christ. Titus 3:5-6 or John 14:16-19
Doctrine of Sin
We believe that all people by nature and by choice are sinners. They are dead in their sins, separated from God, and subject to God?s wrath. All people are hopelessly lost apart from divine grace and salvation in Jesus Christ. Romans 3:23; 6:23
Doctrine of Salvation
We believe that the death of Jesus on the cross is the perfect sacrifice for sin. By His death and resurrection, we are redeemed from sin, reconciled to God, justified by grace alone through faith alone, adopted into the family of God, and regenerated by the Holy Spirit.
Salvation is appropriated by personal conversion, consisting of repentance from sin and trust in God?s provision in Christ, resulting in full forgiveness of sin and new life with Christ. Ephesians 2:1-9; Romans 10:9-10
The Church
We believe that the Church is a living spiritual body of which Christ is the head and of which all regenerated people are members. We believe that a local church is a company of believers in Jesus Christ, baptized following
a confession of faith, and associated for worship, service and fellowship. We believe in the ordinances of Baptism and the Lord's Supper, for perpetually proclaiming to a lost world the acceptance of Jesus Christ as Savior and enthroning Him as Lord and Master. We believe that all human betterment and social improvements are the inevitable byproduct of such a Gospel. Ephesians 5:23-27;
